New three-story addition to a fully operational software development organization tying in an expanded electrical and fire alarm service. Work included a high-density, 100-watt-per-square-foot computer lab on the first floor with UPS and CRAC units throughout. The second and third floors consisted of research and development rooms, break rooms and administrative offices.
