Project scope included demolition of existing infrastructure to prepare for a tenant fit-out, replace and upgrade the building service, replace and upgrade the building generator/EM system, new branch wiring and power, new LED lighting throughout the whole building, new wireless lighting control system to meet IECC 2015 standards, power to new mechanical system, new fire alarm system, low-voltage systems rough-in for owner-preferred vendors and new lightning protection system.
