This new, ground-up structure included electrical distribution, generator/EM distribution, branch wiring and power, installation of LED lighting throughout, lighting control system to meet AHJ requirements, power connections to mechanical equipment, fire alarm system and rough-in for low-voltage systems. The project also had an existing structure renovation scope attached to it.
