Design-assist project of an eight-story, 289-unit apartment complex with an integral parking structure. Work included a cast-in-place concrete structure using BIM and Total Station layout for the placement of over 1,600 lighting and system points, as well as electrical distribution, generator/EM distribution, branch wiring and power, installation of LED lighting throughout, lighting control system to meet AHJ requirements, power connections to mechanical equipment, fire alarm system, and rough-in for low-voltage systems.
