This project consisted of the new construction of a four-story independent living building with 99 living units plus 2 guest units on top of an S-2 open garage. Scope included all lighting and wiring, gear, generator relocation, fire alarm, BDA system and medium-voltage work.The project won the ABC 2019 National Excellence in Construction Award, ABCRM 2019 Excellence in Construction Award and ABCRM 2020 Excellence in Construction Award.
