This project involved an addition to the City of Greenwood Village’s existing maintenance facility for the Engineering and Building Department, as well as a remodel of small sections of the existing building. The addition’s electrical distribution system tied back into the existing electrical distribution system, as well as the emergency generator back-up system. The addition included a new light fixture package, wireless lighting control system, fire alarm system and cable tray for low-voltage systems. Building department facilities included parking lot, offices, conference rooms, cubicles, training room, break room and fitness room.The project won the ABCRM 2020 Excellence in Construction Award and the AGC of Colorado 2020 Award for Construction Excellence.
