Gusto Tenant Improvement

This tenant improvement project took place on the sixth floor of a building in downtown Denver. Work included demolition of existing electrical and relocation and addition of electrical panels and transformers, along with tying back to the main building existing electrical distribution system and emergency generator back-up system. Tenant improvements included a new light fixture package, lighting control system, custom built power poles, floor boxes and cable tray for low-voltage systems. Gusto facilities include offices, conference rooms, cubicles, training room, break room and private rooms.
